Guest Reviews & Ratings
The hotel offered a fantastic view overlooking the terrace/pool area, but cleanliness fell short of expectations. The service was top-notch, with easy access to restaurants and shopping, although the service pace was inconsistent. The location was perfect for exploring the Avalon area with various dining options nearby, but lack of vegetarian entrees and slow service on weekends were noticeable drawbacks. The dining experience was exceptional, especially during breakfast, while the facilities were well-maintained.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, where I enjoyed a fantastic view of the terrace and pool area from my room. The service provided by the hotel staff was exceptional, offering great access to nearby restaurants, shopping venues, and even a movie theater. The room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping, laundry service, and welcome drink made my stay even more comfortable.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, overlooking the terrace/pool area, though cleanliness was lacking until early evening. The service was top-notch, with very friendly and professional staff who provided great access to local amenities. The location was just perfect for exploring the Avalon area with plenty of stores and restaurants within walking distance, but I found the parking situation, with no covered pathways to the entrance during rainy days, inconvenient. The dining experience to breakfast was amazing, but limited vegetarian options were available. Overall, a decent stay with some drawbacks.
